Simon currently writes speeches for the CEOs of some of the biggest companies in the world including Unilever, Intercontinental Hotels and HSBC. In this talk Simon talks about the techniques that you can use to speak like more of a leader.
The second talk is by management theorist, Simon Sinek. In this talk Simon addresses the question: What makes a great leader? He talks on his beliefs that a great leader is someone who makes their employees feel secure, and who draws staffers into a circle of trust.
The final talk is by Brian Fretwell, a speaker, consultant and author. Brian talks about lessons he learned in an unusual manner, and how his view on leadership has changed.
